WHAT I DO
The creative idea and the loading dock.
Most people can hold one or the other. The work is holding both — knowing what the thing should feel like, and knowing what has to be true at 6am for it to feel that way.
I work at the operations level. That means building the plan, the systems, the vendor structure, and the run of show — and building them so the people executing on the day don’t need me standing behind them.

WHAT I DON'T SELL
Day of coordination.
If I’ve helped build the event, there’s a good chance I’ll be there when it happens. I’m perfectly happy in a T-shirt and tennis shoes, sweating through load-in if that’s what the job requires.

What I don’t sell is stepping into someone else’s plan at the last minute and calling that operations.

My work starts earlier — building the timeline, vendor structure, budget, responsibilities, systems, and run of show that make the day itself runnable.

I’m also not a venue, caterer, or AV company. I source, brief, coordinate, and manage those partners when the project needs them.
